Adopting the Serial Killer Victim look is called "Skivving" which is derived from the original phrase for the look "Going SKV" hence SKiVving.
usage - "Dude, check out the Liberty Bell design cut into that girl's chest. Mmmm, Mmmmm. My lady you are skivving tonight!"
