Ray "McDonald's" Kroc's idea of "Gator Dining" never really caught on --

Which asshole's idea was this?
I'd be happy to know what the idea is! These old pictures rarely come with any kind of explanation, making them all the more fascinating to me. This one has none and as such you're left muttering, "girls... food... alligators... what the fuck?"
